For each unit of Eligible Philips Monitor Model purchased, Resellers will receive MasterCard value per the following table*:

Terms and Conditions

Philips Monitors MasterCard Reseller Rewards are available for purchases of Eligible Philips Monitor Models from an Authorised Distributor during the Promotion Period.
Promotion Period: 15 April 2024 to 30 June 2024.
In order to be eligible for rewards, Resellers must submit the online form above by 15 July 2024 and upload a scan/photo of each qualifying invoice.
For each unit of Eligible Philips Model purchased, resellers will receive MasterCard value as follows, subject to a maximum claim of 10 units of each Eligible Philips Model:
$150 per 49B2U5900CH
$100 per 45B1U6900CH, 40B1U6903CH
$50 per 34B1U5600CH, 27B1U5601H
This offer excludes special volume deals and/or vendor bid pricing.
Offers are valid only while stocks last. Back orders are not eligible. Any product returns will be deducted from the Reward value.
Any FBT liability is the responsibility of the reward recipient and/or their employer.
Any errors and omissions excluded.
Claims may be submitted by the end of each month within the Promotion Period, i.e. May / June 2024, and will be processed within the following 15 working days. The eGift cards will be emailed to your designated email address.
